I trust this communication finds you well. As we step into March, I want to extend a warm welcome and share important updates regarding our institute’s recent challenges and future initiatives.

A Triumph Over Legal Challenges:

Since assuming leadership in December 2022, our journey has been marked by a legal dispute challenging the legitimacy of our election.

I am pleased to announce that as of February 12th, this prolonged legal battle has reached a positive resolution. While not just a personal victory, this marks a collective triumph for our institute.

My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Barrister Emmanuel Osuala Nwagbara, FInstTA, our legal adviser, the elders of the institute, and each one of you for your unwavering support during this challenging period.

Focusing on Our Future:

Now that this chapter is behind us, it’s time to redirect our focus toward solidifying our institute’s impact in every facet of transportation in our nation. I believe this sets the stage for a new era of growth and accomplishment.

Upcoming Initiatives:

In the spirit of unity and collaboration, let’s repair any strained relationships and come together to champion the cause of our institute. Additionally, stay tuned for the First Quarter Mandatory Continuous Professional Development Programs later this month.

These programs are designed to enhance your professional development, and I encourage every member to actively participate.
